Certification requirements include:

• Passing an online written exam
• Completing a project of your choosing that utilizes a significant subset of the Six Sigma Black Belt Toolkit and the Pyzdek Institute's approach
• Passing a simple online oral exam
• Presenting your project in a 30-60 minute live online meeting to a board of two Pyzdek Institute Certified Master Black Belts

Candidates must submit a copy of a government issued photo ID (confidential numbers and other information can be obscured.) The photograph and your certification information will be maintained in a publicly available database on The Pyzdek Institute's web site for use by employers and others to whom you provide access information. There is no time limit on when you complete your certification. Repeated exam attempts are allowed for an additional fee. (No two exams are alike.)

Thomas Pyzdek will guide and assist you with your Master Black Belt training.
