• Passing a comprehensive online exam. When you pass the exam it is recorded in our online database. Exam retakes are allowed for a retake fee.
• Completing a project of your choosing that utilizes the Six Sigma Black Belt Toolkit and the Pyzdek Institute's approach which you learn in the course
• Presenting your project in a 30-60 minute live online meeting to a board of two Pyzdek Institute Certified Master Black Belts. Our experience is that employers don't accept "simulated projects" as valid, so we don't offer it. Instead we recommend that you look to social organizations, churches, charities, etc. for a project. For certification purposes, we don't require that projects deliver significant bottom-line results, only that they demonstrate your ability to properly apply the approach and the tools taught during the training in the real world.
