Persons who have completed The Pyzdek Institute's Six Sigma Black Belt training (online, live or blended,) are eligible to become Pyzdek Institute Certified Six Sigma Black Belts, providing certification requirements are met. In addition to completing the training, certification requirements are:

• Passing an online written exam
• Completing a project of your choosing that utilizes a significant subset of the Six Sigma Black Belt Toolkit and the Pyzdek Institute's approach
• Presenting your project in a 30-60 minute live online meeting to a board of two Pyzdek Institute Certified Master Black Belts

There is no time limit on when you can add Gold Certification.
