Green Belt Basic Consulting Option

As a Green Belt trainee you have two goals:

1. Understand the Six Sigma body of knowledge
2. Use the body of knowledge to successfully complete a project.
   
   PCI's Green Belt training will help you accomplish the first goal, but most new Green Belts also need additional expert one-on-one expert guidance to help them with their project. We highly recommend that you take advantage of one of PCI's expert associates.
   
   The Basic Consulting option provides expert consulting support via email, the PCI intranet, and live web meetings. Support starts before training begins and continues until the week after training ends.

Live, web-based support

Meet live over the Internet using the same familiar meeting technology that's used during training. There will be three such meetings, starting in the weeks before training begins and concluding the week after training ends.

Integrate training and deployment

Meet before training begins to complete key sections of your project charter. Then meet between training sessions to integrate what you just learned with your project.

Meet with your entire team

PCI can accommodate up to 15 total meeting connections. Include as many people as you need.

Act locally, meet globally

Include suppliers or team members anywhere in the world in your meetings

Ask questions as they arise, exchange data, and more!

Meet on your own schedule

Meeting times are scheduled by you and your PCI consultant at times convenient to you. The PCI community web site offers additional ways of communicating with your PCI consultant, sharing data, and much more.

The Green Belt Consulting package is offered to registered PCI Green Belt students only and is priced at $1,295.⁰⁰, less than travel expenses for traditional consulting support!
