I have been following the progress and the sustainability of 6-Sigma since Dr. Mikel introduced the methodology at Ford Motor Company in 2000. Your revision to the Handbook is timely to reinforce the benefits at a time there are many questions on its value. Questions are being asked by companies on sustaining the methodology over time. Your Handbook becomes a good source to assist management make sound decisions.

I would like a copy to prepare me to answer those questions.
