Mr. Dyer has 13 years of software process improvement experience and has functioned as a Lean Six Sigma black belt for the past four years performing organizational process improvement. In 2008 Mr. Dyer studied with Thomas Pyzdek, author of The Six Sigma Handbook, to complete his Master Black Belt certification in Training and Coaching. His six sigma project experience has focused on Design for Six Sigma and DMAIC projects in software and healthcare environments. He has used Lean Kaizens extensively to quickly identify and solve process problems.

Eugene M. Barker is a retired technical fellow from The Boeing Co. where he was responsible for quality industry association interfaces. He led the industry writing team that drafted SAE AS9000 and chaired both Working Group 11 of ISO TC20 and the International Aerospace Quality Group that developed AS/EN9100. Barker is also a fellow of the American Society for Quality, a former member of the Registrar Accreditation Board board of directors and a founding member of the IAQG.

Peter is a results oriented Master Black Belt with significant (over 30 years) “Drop in” experience in managing and execution of Six Sigma projects. Major strengths in: Statistical Techniques, Lean Application, Critical Chain Project, Teaching & Facilitation Skills, Listening, and Working with diverse teams.
